Earlier this month, I received an invitation to attend the first annual Good Food Gathering from our friends at Door to Door Organics. I was introduced to this company this summer and was able to enjoy their organic food home delivery service FREE. Placing my order was easy and I received boxes filled with delicious fruits, vegetables, and much more about a week after I selected my items. I'm excited to see they are organizing this event and look forward to meeting others in my area who enjoy eating and preparing wholesome meals with organic ingredients. I'm so happy we were able to attend this year's first annual Good Food Gathering hosted by Door to Door Organics, it was a perfect combination of food and fun! In the past year I've been actively seeking simple ways to incorporate organic plant based food into our daily diet. If it tastes good my family is open to exploring new options with me so I'm excited to explore the possibilities. I was introduced to Door to Door Organics as a blogger for Moms Meet and really like the home delivery service they provide. We had fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy items delivered right to our door step and it was delicious. You can really taste the difference.
Needless to say when I received an invitation to attend their Good Food event I RSVP'd immediately! The sun was shining and energy was high as we headed in to this FREE event. The vendors provided attendees with the best local organic dishes around while providing helpful product information and answering questions . The menu included two types of chili (the vegan option was my favorite), cornbread, tropical coconut bars, walnut brownies and so much more! There was live music, games for the kids, and a fun photo station as well. It was nice to mingle with other local families and discover new products that a healthy and organic. I have two new must buys on my list now: Good Greens bars, each one gives you your daily serving of fruits and vegetables plus they taste amazing and Kombucha, a probiotic tea which packs a list full of benefits.
