I took one in the next day for a quick breakfast at work. I drank the yogurt smoothie fresh out of the refrigerator with nothing else. The strawberry taste was delicious and the texture was smooth. The @LALAYogurt Smoothies contain active probiotic cultures so I followed directions and shook it well before drinking. Improved digestion and GI health are the main reasons I eat yogurt so this ingredient is important to me.
I typically don't east breakfast due to time and lack of hunger but this was perfect if you like something light and easy to grab on the go. I was able to stay away from my snack stash 30-45 minutes longer than usual after having this smoothie and I didn't get the sugar crash like I do with other breakfast options. I would also use this when making homemade smoothies as well or with some fresh fruit like bananas or kiwis. So happy I was able to try this and find another healthy option to add to our routine. Next time I think I go for the Mixed Berry variety!
