Received an email earlier this month from the Hard Rock stating that I received complimentary tickets to an event of my choice this month and opted for a Comedy Hypnosis Show. I've seen these done once before and it can be really fun. I might even volunteer just to see if it really works.

We made it to the Comedy Hypnosis Show and it was really entertaining to see! This was different from the stand up routines we typically see when we want a night of laughs so I was excited to see what was in store for us.
Once everyone was seated we met our hypnotist Rich Guzzi and his assistant and received some information about hypnosis in general and a few rules so the night would run smoothly. After inviting those in the audience who wanted to be a part of the action on stage up he performed a few exercises to begin the hypnosis process. After those were complete, he then selected about 10 volunteers who were strongly susceptible to hypnosis to remain and entertained us for over an hour with wild antics including a Chinese rap contest, celebrity impersonations and more.
My favorite part of the show was the end where the volunteers have funny reactions to triggers as simple as a handshake a few hours after the show. Everyone was a good sport and the audience was able to participate in a few hypnosis exercises as well. I've included a few pictures and would recommended seeing a show like with friends who are adventurous!!!
