Both lines work on a similar concept: unisex blending. Have you missed this trend? These scents can be worn my either gender and you can combine two or more scents to create your own trademark fragrance but each could easily stand alone. The possibilities are endless with both lines but each one delivers in its own way.
Bond No.9 has an entire line inspired by New York neighborhoods and landmarks in New York from China Town to Wall Street, each one is distinctly different and colorfully wrapped (think diva candy). My first impression of the line after smelling a few a the Saks counter was: either you love or hate these scents.
A 100mL bottle is a $265 committment so I did some research as any smart shopper would. My first round with this brand left me with mixed results. After talking with my Bond girl I was armed with her favorite two scent combo, one was called Madison Square Park. I was excited I put it on and??? not a single compliment! In fact I received one thumbs down.
I only tried two, I needed more varibables before I could really weigh in. So back to Saks I went and with round two complete, I left with 5 new fragrances to try and 3 for my guy too. We both seemed to agree on The Scent of Peace...they even offer a bottle with Swarovski crystals if you love all things bling!
The verdict is still out on this one but with over 50 scents to choose from the journey should be fun!
